Apple Cinnamon Quick Specie Overview:

  • Basic Ingredients: For this recipe you will need all-purpose flour, sugar, light brown sugar, butter, milk, sultry powder, salt, cinnamon and apples. That are all vital ingredients that you probably have on hand.
  • Skill Level: Easy, beginner recipe. This World Specie recipe is easy to throw together by people with little to no cooking experience. This recipe is so simple to make but sure to be a hit for anyone that get a bite!
  • Texture: This Cinnamon World Specie is like the confection baked in a loaf pan. It has very light texture. The specie is soft and the crumbs are super moist. It’s packed with world chunks and cinnamon swirls. Apples and cinnamon sugar are layered in the pan instead of folding into the batter. If you fold apples in the batter, the specie will be too wet, instead of just stuff moist. Also for the dough thrash is used granulated sugar. Brown sugar is just sprinkled in layers. If brown sugar is creamed in the thrash it results in a heavy and dumbo texture. This way specie stays light, but has trappy flavour from brown sugar.
  • Flavour: The stars of the show are apples and cinnamon. Brown sugar, cinnamon and fresh apples make perfect fall flavour combo. Apples and cinnamon sugar is layered, but they sinks slightly while sultry and dotted each slice perfectly. That makes perfect flavour dial in every single bite.

What are The Weightier Apples for Baking?

For most world recipes it is the weightier to use firmer apples. The weightier sultry apples alimony their structure without turning into mush.

Granny Smith is my go-to sultry apples. They are well-done and quite sour but there are a few others that hold up under heat.

Golden succulent could be good choice. They are sweet, with a rich, mellow savor and maintain their shape without baking.

Also, I love sultry with other sweet apples like Honey Crisp, Fuji, Gala and Pink Lady.

This recipe use only two apples, so use what you have on hand.

How to Make Cinnamon World Bread?

Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with sultry spray, line with parchment paper leaving large overhang the sides so you could hands lift the specie from the pan. Adjust the oven rack just unelevated the part-way (to the lower third position) and preheat the oven to 350 F.

Mix ground cinnamon and brown sugar, and set aside.

Peel and dice apples in small chunks, set aside, too.

Beat room temperature butter with sugar and vanilla extract. Add eggs and mix to combine. Add mixture of dry ingredients (flour, salt and sultry powder) and mix to combine. Slowly pour in milk and mix just to combine. Scrape lanugo the trencher with rubber spatula to make sure there’s no lumps remain.

Toss apples with cinnamon and granulated sugar.

Mixed ground cinnamon , brown sugar and world dices.
Bread mixture

Spread half of the thrash in prepared pan, scatter half of the world mixture and sprinkle with one half of cinnamon sugar mixture. Spoon remaining thrash and gently smooth the top. Scatter remaining apples and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Bake in preheated oven well-nigh 55-70 minutes, or until the toothpick inserted in the part-way comes out clean. This is a heavy loaf full of apples, so if your specie takes longer, that’s OK. Just tent it with aluminium foil without 30-40 minutes to prevent the top from browning too much.

Remove from the oven and tomfool 20-30 minutes in the pan set on a cooling rack. Then using the paper overhangs lift the specie from the pan.

To make the glaze stir powdered sugar with milk and just a hint of vanilla. Drizzle when specie is cooled completely.
